These tsukudani (preserved seafood boiled down in soy sauce and sugar) products are made the traditional way handed down from the time of the company’s establishment using asari clams and other Tokyo-style ingredients caught in Tokyo Bay. The ingredients’ inherent flavor is brought out without using chemical seasonings or food additives.
The shop not only offers its own products, but the focus on preserved food boiled in soy sauce from Enchu and long-established stores lives on. The shop mainly handles organic foods and products where you can see the earnest feelings of the person who made it.
