At the entrance of the fall, you can enjoy dishes made from local ingredients. The popular and recommended dish would be the "Hiruge (Midday meal)", which on holidays will generate a long queue for. Hiruge is a lunch made with ingredients procured on the day, so the dishes change from day to day and because of the limited ingredients used, it always gets sold out. All things are handmade, even from stock. The dishes made by the local housewives reminisce a taste of home, with an authentic seasoning to be served at a restaurant. I am very full from experiencing a lot of the local ingredients. We were able to enjoy the facility with everyone!
